Kukatpally-Madhapur belt is all set to get a new landmark project. One of the country's leading real estate developers, Parsvnath Developers this week performed Bhoomipuja for a 5-star hotel, shopping and office complex close on the spinal JNTU -HI-Tech city road.

The integrated development taken up on 2.70 acre site will have a built up area of around 3 lakh sft for office and shopping complex while the hotel is to spread over 1.75 lakh sft. First of Parsvnath's commercial project in the city, the luxury hotel rising to 11 floors will have 186 rooms and mall will be a nine storied complex.

In terms of features, the shopping cum- office complex propose world class construction format, landscaping, high-speed advanced lifts, escalators, fire monitoring and control apart from CCTV surveillance. The company has already started talks with premium leading brands to showcase their offerings. The developers have taken the land from the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board in open bidding for an amount of Rs.55 Crore and the work is estimated to be completed in 30 months time.

"The total investment expected for the project is going to be around Rs.245 crore," informs Sanjeev jain, Managing Director, Parsvnath Developers. Kukatpally being a growing and happening location, there is a big demand for office and commercial space, he says adding, "We are new here and it is a good opportunity for us to make a mark." Since the city is poised for more growth in coming days, it offers immense potential for the developers, he feels.
