Non - Encumbrance Certificate (  EC ).

Non - Encumbrance Certificate other wise EC is provided by the registration office. This is the certificate to show that there are no loans or mortgages on the said property.
Thanks to the right of information act, the Andhra Pradesh state government has provided a very nice website through which we can print a copy on our own. These print out copies are not valid for legal transactions as of now but can be useful to verify the legalities of the properties.  Please note that during the peek hours the government  site might run slow.
